Village Council meetings are open and scheduled monthly; on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, at 6pm. Do check this website for upcoming meetings and agendas, and to review the minutes of previous meetings.
Anyone may attend a Council meeting, as public comments are a part of each gathering. However since an issue brought up during public comments is not on the agenda, it cannot be responded to immediately, though may direct staff to address the issue at a future Council meeting. Public comments are limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.

Requests for funding of plans that will have a beneficial community impact can be made. If the Council approves your plan, and if funding sources or revenue is available, you may be instructed to present your plans at other meetings as funding is sought.
